Wonder Woman: canonically queer.

This probably isn’t a surprise to very many Wonder Woman fans. Comics readers have been looking at her books through an LGBTQIA lens forever, and in her current Rebirth…

This should come as no surprise to regular readers of Wonder Woman – the original intent of her character, from her first days as a Marston creation, had this built into her DNA.

(and for those confused, this is using the modern reclamation of the word queer, which is a catch-all term for non-heteronormative sexual/gender identities – basically, the “why do I need a label?” label for those who don’t identify as rigidly straight or cisgender. It doesn’t preclude her relationships with men, and it doesn’t preclude them with women or anyone else.)
